Stoneham Rotary continues to strengthen its commitment to addressing food insecurity through dedicated volunteer work
with both the Stoneham Food Pantry and the Merrimack Valley Food Bank. These partnerships reflect Rotary’s mission of service above self and demonstrate how consistent,
hands‑on support can make a meaningful difference for families in need.
Every other Monday at 10 a.m., Rotarians travel to the Merrimack Valley Food Bank to pick up groceries and essential items. Volunteers load, transport, and deliver these supplies directly to the Stoneham Food Pantry, ensuring shelves remain stocked and ready for local residents who rely on the pantry’s services. This regular pickup is a vital link in the chain that keeps food moving from regional distributors to Stoneham families.
